WIMPACT: Women In Medicine – Discovering Purpose, Advancement & Courageous Transformation
Welcome Message from the Activity Director
Welcome to the inaugural Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Women in Medicine Conference!
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to this inspiring gathering of women physicians from across the Middle East. I am honoured to bring together a program shaped by and for the incredible women leading, teaching, healing, and innovating in healthcare across our region.
This conference was designed with your journeys in mind—balancing career progression, clinical excellence, personal growth and wellbeing. We’ve curated sessions that spark reflection, practical skills, resilience and connection with peers who understand the unique challenges and opportunities we face as women in medicine.
This conference will offer you space to connect, grow, and be reinspired—whether it’s through mentorship, mindfulness, leadership development, or simply the joy of coming together to celebrate the strength, skill, and spirit of women in medicine. More than that, we hope it serves as an opportunity to recalibrate what medicine means to you and to reimagine the kind of future you want to shape—for yourself, your patients, and the broader healthcare community.
Thank you for joining us on this journey.
Warmly,
Dr Seher Ahmad
