My Love for yoga has been going on for a while now, and it only grows day by day

I can call it my Passion. I started yoga as a hobby to run away from my stressful interior decorating job, about 12 years ago..Then the calling to become a yoga teacher came 8 years ago, that's when I ran to India and ...wow that was a journey...

My First blessing was by Swami NIRANJANANADA (Bihar School of Yoga) whom I'm grateful for all the knowledge I got as a Hatha yoga teacher

My second one was with Swami Suddhananda at his Ashram (Shivananada Style of Yoga) which through him I became a teacher of sacred knowledge

My Journey continued to deepen as I took teaching further to become a yoga therapist.

5. Worked in a rehab facility  for 1 year  Drug division for males only ,Abu-Dhabi
5. Breast Cancer, Diabetic 1 cases, asthma, arthritis is some of my current (one on one case) that am working with, on the road to recovery and healing.
