Dr. Sadaf Brown is a Staff Physician in the Primary Care Department at the Medical Subspecialities Institute, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, UAE. She also serves as Chair of Networking and Outreach for the Women Physicians of the Arab World (WPSA) and represents the organization on the Cleveland Clinic Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee. Additionally, Dr. Brown contributes to the Abu Dhabi Department of Health Primary Care Taskforce and holds a faculty position within the Internal Medicine Residency Program.

With over 20 years of experience in both the UK and Abu Dhabi healthcare sectors, Dr. Brown is specialized in Family Medicine. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, she worked as a Family Medicine Consultant in the UK National Health Service, focusing on Women’s Health and Substance Misuse Disorders. In 2014, Dr. Brown moved to Abu Dhabi and played a key role as Family Medicine Consultant and Head of Family Medicine at Healthpoint, where she helped establish a comprehensive primary healthcare service. She later became the Medical Director and Family Medicine Consultant at the Abu Dhabi Stem Cell Centre, leading clinical research projects and a multidisciplinary team focused on novel cellular therapies.

Dr. Brown earned her medical degree from the University of Leicester and holds additional diplomas in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Sexual and Reproductive Health, and Substance Misuse. She also holds a Master’s degree in Global Health and Infectious Diseases from the University of Edinburgh. Dr. Brown is a British Menopause Society Certified Menopause Specialist and is board-certified in the UK, with memberships in the Royal College of General Practitioners, the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, and the Emirates Lifestyle and Longevity Medicine Society.

Her academic interests include Global Health, Disease Prevention, Lifestyle Medicine, and Women’s Health, having also served on the Abu Dhabi Department of Health Women’s Health Committee.
