Dr. Saima Irfan Khan is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine from Ireland and the United Kingdom, and holds additional boards in Obesity Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine from the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM). Her training is further enriched by a certification in Functional Medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine, equipping her with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to managing complex health conditions. Driven by a strong commitment to making meaningful impact for cancer survivorship care, Dr. Khan has completed certifications from Harvard University and the Cancer Survivorship Program at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is currently pursuing a 250-hour certification in Nutritional Oncology, deepening her expertise in integrative oncology. Her clinical and academic work reflects a passion for transforming the survivorship phase into a period of renewed health and vitality—blending conventional medicine with evidence-based lifestyle and functional interventions. She has shared her insights at prestigious international platforms including WONCA 2024 and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine Conference. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Khan serves as an Associate Professor at the Lerner College of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic and has also been part of faculty for internal medicine residency program at CCAD.
