Through interdisciplinary discussions, healthcare providers critically evaluate patient outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based strategies to optimize patient care. This activity fosters a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and patient safety within hospital medicine.

• - Monthly analysis of re-admissions, mortality and morbidity with focus on preventing medical errors and related cognitive and systematic biases
• - Promote ethical integrity and transparency in improving patient care and safety
• - Improve professionalism, critical thinking and modify behavior and judgement based on previous experiences
• - Improve engagement of multidisciplinary teams
