Learning Objectives: 

1. Review and discuss pre lung transplant cases to determine candidacy for lung transplant.
2. Identify patients appropriate to start evaluation.
3. Identify patients who meet the criteria to be added in the waitlist based on the guidelines.
4. Review and discuss treatment plan for post lung transplant cases
