Activity Description:
The Lung transplant selection committee meeting is the accepted standard international practice in determining if a patient is (1) suitable for listing on the transplant waiting list, (2) deferred from listing until medical and/or psychosocial concerns are resolved, or (3) not a candidate due to unresolvable medical and/or psychosocial concerns. This weekly meeting would also facilitate the discussion of our post lung transplant cases.

Respiratory, Thoracic Surgery, Transplant, Pharmacy, Nursing
Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to achieve the below:
- Review and discuss pre lung transplant cases to determine candidacy for lung transplant.
- Identify patients appropriate to start evaluation.
- Identify patients who meet the criteria to be added in the waitlist based on the guidelines.
- Review and discuss treatment plan for post lung transplant cases.
