Activity Description:
This activity aims to increase exposure to rapidly evolving medical literature and help in informed clinical practice.

Learning Objectives:
- Enhance Knowledge of Current Literature: Participants will stay updated with the latest research and clinical guidelines, ensuring their practice is based on the most recent evidence.
- Develop Critical Appraisal Skills: Attendees will improve their ability to critically evaluate research papers, assessing study design, methodology, results, and applicability to clinical practice.
- Foster Evidence-Based Decision Making: Learners will gain confidence in translating research findings into clinical decisions that can improve patient care and outcomes.
- Promote Collaborative Learning and Discussion: Participants will engage in peer-led discussions, exchanging insights and interpretations of research to deepen their understanding of complex topics.
- Leverage Virtual Learning Tools: Through the virtual format, attendees will learn to utilize online platforms and resources for collaboration, expanding access to expert knowledge and peer feedback, regardless of location.
