Activity Description:

All departments are mandated to conduct regularly scheduled M&M's. These sessions specifically discuss and review cases in Gastroenterology to engage in the process of patient safety and quality improvement.

Participants will be able to achieve the below:

• Discuss M&M cases and engage in the process of patient safety and quality improvement
• Identify adverse outcomes associated with these cases
• Modify treatment plans, decision making
• Improve patient care
• Improve clinical outcomes
