This activity is aligned with the organization M&M review meetings. It is focused on discussing M&M cases and engage in the process of patient safety and quality improvement.

- Discuss M&M cases and engage in the process of patient safety and quality improvement
- Identify adverse outcomes associated with these cases
- Modify treatment plans, decision making
- Improve patient care
- Improve clinical outcomes
