This activity is aligned with the organization M&M review meetings. It is focused on discussing M&M cases and engage in the process of patient safety and quality improvement.

General Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, HPB surgery, MIS Surgery, Bariatric Surgery

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to achieve the below:

• Discuss M&M cases and engage in the process of patient safety and quality improvement
• Identify adverse outcomes associated with these cases
• Modify treatment plans, decision making
• Improve patient care
• Improve clinical outcomes
