Activity Description:
During our weekly advanced lung disease meeting we have noticed that referral physicians need more education on different areas.
The activity series will allow to discuss different diseases (due to the broad spectrum within the lung disorders), considering the guidelines for each of them, and the need to discuss concepts with subspecialized pulmonologists in each area.
Target Audience:
Pulmonologists, Chest Radiologists, Rheumatologists, Lung Pathologists, Internal Medicine practitioners.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to achieve the below:
- To discuss last Guidelines for diagnosis/treatment of a specific lung disorder
- To be updated about last technologic advances
- To understand how the multidisciplinary approach improves patient outcomes
