Activity Description:
The cases presented during the Oncology Institute Monthly Meeting are identified by the Oncology Institute Quality Committee as opportunities for learning & discussions.
Target Audience:
Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Nursing, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pharmacy
Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to achieve the below:
- Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills as they discuss each case, including articulating viewpoints clearly, actively listening to others, and engaging in respectful dialogue.
- Exhibit an understanding of taking a systems approach to reviewing patient cases.
Accreditation Statement:
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
