Issam Abedrabbo is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in radiology and imaging services across the U.S. and the UAE. As Clinical Director of the Imaging Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, he leads a team of over 120 technologists and nurses, along with 20 radiologists, overseeing all aspects of imaging operations, resource planning, and departmental strategy.

Prior to his role in Abu Dhabi, Issam held leadership positions at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, where he was involved in operations, quality improvement, and major imaging IT projects. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong operational insight, and commitment to service excellence.

Issam holds an MBA in International Business and a BSc in Allied Health from Baldwin Wallace University. He is ARRT-certified and licensed by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Chamber of Commerce.
