Donnet Goliath is a DOH licensed radiographer with over two decades of experience spanning in advanced imaging, clinical leadership, and patient-centered care, Donnet is currently serving as CT Lead at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, She leads a dynamic multicultural team, driving strategic and operational initiatives in regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and workflow optimization to deliver exceptional diagnostic services.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, BCom Honours degree and Master's in healthcare management,  Donnet pairs clinical excellence with deep insight into organizational behavior, staff development, emotional intelligence and change management. Her leadership expertise is further strengthened by specialized programs in organizational leadership, a Management Development Program from Hult Ashridge, and the prestigious Leadership Edge certificate from Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

She is also certified in Mental Health First Aid and holds a Certificate in HIV/AIDS Care and Counseling, reflecting her commitment to holistic, compassionate patient care.
