Jane MacGillivray holds a BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography and an MBA with Business Excellence. As Lead Technologist at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (UAE), she brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, specializing in General Radiology and Breast Imaging Services.  

Her MBA thesis focused on a Radiology Service development project for a newly established UAE hospital, demonstrating her expertise in strategic healthcare planning. Passionate about team development, Jane is committed to fostering excellence in her field while aligning with organizational values and objectives.  

Currently pursuing doctoral research, she explores the impact of cultural diversity on resilience in the workplace, further enriching her contributions to the healthcare industry.
