Prof. Zafar Sajjad is currently serving as the Professor and Chair of the Department of Radiology, Aga Khan University, Karachi.  He is a Fellowship trained neuroradiologist having trained in the UK.  He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologist of UK.  He has over 29 years of experience in the field of diagnostic neuroradiology.

His previous appointments include Staff Physician and Department Chair Diagnostic Radiology, Imaging Institute, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

He has over 50 peer reviewed research papers to his credit. He is regularly invited to give talks and reviews at national and international events.
