• Dr Manzoor Ahmed is an experienced Diagnostic Neuro-radiologist with more than 20 years of experience in Radiology.
• Dr Ahmed got his medical degree from Khyber Medical College, Pakistan in 1995.
• Pursued training in Diagnostic Radiology in NEOMED Program, Ohio, USA in 1999-2003.
• Trained in World-renowned Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA in Diagnostic Neuroradiology in 2003-2004.
• Have been affiliated with Cleveland Clinic for most of his career including Cleveland Clinic in UAE.
• Served as Chair of the Radiology Department in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, UAE as well as Chair of the SEHA radiology council.
• SEHA is one of the biggest healthcare network in the region
• Served as Residency Program Director in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, UAE from 2019 till 2021.
• Active involvement in regional Academic activities
• Involved as a speaker and organizer in multiple national and international meetings in the Gulf region including ARM, Abu Dhabi MS Conference, ICRM, SIRC etc.
• Chair of the Radiology Scientific Committee (NIHS- Emirati Board for Health Specialties)
• His special interests in Diagnostic neuroradiology are Acute Stroke Imaging, Multiple Sclerosis & Head & Neck Imaging.
• On the non-interpretive side, Dr Ahmed is an ardent advocate for Appropriateness & Utilization in Imaging.
