Dr. Sulieman Abdal Raheem, MD, is a Staff Physician within the Hepatology Department of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Digestive Disease Institute.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Sulieman Abdal Raheem practiced as a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Baylor Scott & White Health system in Waxahachie, Texas, US. He also worked at Fisher Titus Medical Center in Cleveland, US, and Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.

Dr. Sulieman is a member of American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.

Dr. Sulieman received his medical degree from the University of Aleppo Medical School, Syria. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at State University Buffalo, in Buffalo, New York, UA. He also completed his nutrition support fellowship and hepatology fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio, US and a fellowship in gastroenterology & hepatology at Case Western Reserve University/Metrohealth, Cleveland, Ohio, US where he served as a co-chief fellow. He is American Board Certified in gastroenterology and hepatology.
