Ingy Bakir is the Director of Clinical Learning and Development & Director of Simulation Center Administration at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where she oversees Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), Continuing Medical Education (CME), and Faculty Development. She is a certified Training and Development Professional by the Institute for Performance and Learning in Canada and is currently pursuing a PhD at Concordia University in Montreal. Ingy has published in peer-reviewed journals, and her work has been accepted for presentation and panel discussions at major international conferences, including those organized by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD), and the Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE).
