I graduated from Medical school at the University of Ghana Medical School. I did research work on the hypothalamo-pituitary axis at the university of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. 

I did my residency in Anesthesiology at Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C., USA. I did a Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

I worked as Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. 

I worked as a consultant Anesthesiologist at the King AbdulAziz Medical City in Riyadh, Saudi Arabi. 

I worked at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi, helping establish the cardiac surgical center.

I have been at CCAD for the past 11 years. I serve as the Quality Officer for the Anesthesiology Division of the Integrated Healthcare Institute.
